What happens to your information
Deletion removes your login and refresh sessions, along with emergency contacts. If your account has a linked driver profile, that profile is de-identified and deactivated.
Booking, payment, and other operational records are retained to document trips and payments, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve service or safety disputes. They are kept only as long as needed for those purposes and applicable requirements.
